Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through proactive outbound calling and market appraisals for new listings.

• Stay updated with market trends and manage property listings via the company’s CRM.

• Qualify leads, arrange viewings, and act as a negotiator to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and landlords.

• Foster strong relationships with clients to build trust and ensure transparency.
