IOP Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker with prior Dubai real estate experience to join their expanding team. This full-time on-site position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven track record in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Property Sales:

  • Generate leads and close property deals effectively.

• Client Guidance:

  • Assist clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring smooth transactions.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Dubai real estate is required.

• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Salary: AED 2,000/month + Attractive Commission.
