Key Responsibilities

🔹 Client Assistance & Transactions

• Facilitate property buying, selling, and renting processes.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate and finalize transactions to ensure successful deals.

🔹 Market Research & Industry Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor listings.
• Provide clients with accurate insights on real estate investment opportunities.

🔹 Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer professional advice and support throughout the transaction process.
• Manage paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation efficiently.

Requirements

📅 Experience: 2-3 years in real estate
💬 Language: Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in Russian, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, or Persian (Farsi) is a plus.
🚗 Driving License: A valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
🏡 Location: Must be a Dubai resident.
