• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

✅ Market & Industry Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a focus on off-plan properties.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

✅ Sales & Communication Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
