Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on property investments, financing options, and market trends.

• Assist clients in making informed real estate decisions aligned with their goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.

• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies in real estate transactions.

• Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with precision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to close successful deals.

• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese.
