This full-time, on-site role in Business Bay, Dubai focuses on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented professionals to strengthen the company’s growing real estate team. Immediate joining is required, and candidates must be currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and recruit top real estate talent through multiple channels.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the team.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.

• Coordinate onboarding processes with HR and management.

• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends and RERA regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment, preferably in Dubai.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry and RERA requirements.

• Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month.
