The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, property listings, market research, and negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored property solutions.
🔹 Source, list, and market properties across various platforms.
🔹 Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, market conditions, and legal regulations.
🔹 Assist clients in property transactions, including price negotiations and contract handling.
🔹 Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
🔹 Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
🔹 Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
✔ Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
✔ Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulatory requirements.
✔ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, property portals, and social media.
✔ Established industry network or ability to build strong connections.
