🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing.

• Provide expert consultation on real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

• Organize and conduct property viewings and present property features effectively.

• Build strong networks with developers, landlords, investors, and buyers.

• Manage inquiries and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Stay updated on RERA regulations, property laws, and market trends.

• Negotiate property deals to ensure client satisfaction and closure.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Dubai real estate industry.

• Sound understanding of Dubai’s communities, property laws, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• RERA certification is an added advantage.
