Latinum HR Solutions is hiring a Real Estate Agent – Developer on behalf of a leading real estate company in Dubai. This role offers a competitive fixed salary of up to AED 14,000 plus attractive incentives. The position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment and want to build strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive international business development to generate premium real estate sales.

Build and nurture relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.

Identify investment opportunities through strategic partnerships and market insights.

Conduct property tours, client presentations, and negotiations.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, laws, and investment opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience, OR strong B2B sales experience in industries like luxury retail, ERP sales, aviation (cabin crew), or similar.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English is required; multilingual candidates are preferred.

Proven track record of closing high-value sales deals.
