Who We’re Looking For:

• Language: Russian Native Speaker.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.

• Sales Expertise: Passion for achieving ambitious targets and securing developer partnerships.

• Proactive & Results-Driven: A professional eager to maximize earnings and take ownership of success.

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 3,000 – 30,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
