Key Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms.

• Facilitate negotiations, ensuring fair and transparent transactions.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
• Market and display properties to potential buyers.
• Handle necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Manage property auctions or exchanges when required.
• Maintain updated property listings and collaborate with industry professionals.
• Build strong networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Track record of successful sales performance.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Valid Real Estate Agent or Broker’s License.
