Role Summary:
Norm Properties is hiring Real Estate Agents for full-time, commission-based roles. As part of the sales and leasing team, you’ll manage transactions across Dubai, focusing on client relationships, market research, negotiations, and closing deals. Agents must be motivated self-starters who are passionate about real estate and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, list, and close sales/leasing deals for residential, commercial, and retail properties

• Cold call and canvass properties to generate leads

• Conduct property viewings and comparative market analyses

• Maintain CRM with listings, inquiries, and client data

• Handle negotiations, finalize agreements, and attend DLD title transfers

• Advise clients based on current market trends

• Nurture long-term client relationships through ongoing communication

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage or sales

• Multilingual (English + Hindi, Russian, Chinese, Italian, or French preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA laws

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• CRM experience and ability to manage leads

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
