Meer Group is looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to join its team in Dubai. The role involves selling secondary and off-plan properties, generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead Generation & Sales
- Prospect for buyer leads, convert them into appointments, and close deals.
- Sell secondary & off-plan properties in Dubai.
- Create and implement strategies for finding and nurturing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
- Provide 24/7 consultation and support to clients.
- Conduct property site visits & model home tours as needed.
- Build and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and industry professionals.
🔹 Negotiation & Documentation
- Lead contract negotiations and verify accuracy of agreements.
- Maintain and update property listings with detailed specifications.
- Use CRM systems for efficient client management.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Senior Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
✔ Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market & developers.
✔ Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔ RERA certification is preferred.
✔ UAE driving license is a plus.
Job Details:

💰 Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 + Commission-based earnings
