Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market. Your role will be to guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Assist in listing properties for rent and sale with accurate and updated information.

• Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Dubai.

• Conduct property showings and highlight key features to prospective clients.

• Negotiate effectively between parties to ensure successful deal closures.

• Guide clients through paperwork and legal documentation in compliance with UAE real estate laws.

• Promote properties through marketing channels like online platforms, social media, and networking.

• Deliver top-notch customer service throughout all stages of the transaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate in Dubai (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and RERA guidelines.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
