Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for property sales and rentals.

• Show properties to potential buyers and tenants.

• Negotiate offers and finalize property deals.

• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends and pricing.

• Prepare contracts and other relevant paperwork accurately and on time.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate/property sales in Dubai.

• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
