Legacy Heights Properties is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join their team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive commission-based compensation structure. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market trends, and real estate procedures.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.

• Promote properties through various marketing channels.

• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real estate market.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Self-motivated with a drive for success in a competitive market.

• Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms is a plus.

• UAE driving license is preferred.
