Role Description

The Real Estate Agent will manage a hybrid work schedule, combining office presence and remote work. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conducting property tours and providing detailed market insights.

• Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

• Achieving individual sales targets.

• Staying updated on the Dubai real estate market trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in real estate sales and property management.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
