Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents in Dubai to join a growing property team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

• Draft and manage contracts, purchase agreements, and lease documents while ensuring legal compliance with Dubai real estate laws.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey—from property search to closing.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, legal changes, and industry practices through ongoing professional development.

• Coordinate and conduct property viewings, inspections, and negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Valid UAE real estate license is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in property sales or leasing.

• Background in residential real estate is preferred; commercial experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage multiple listings and client needs.

• Must be physically able to conduct property tours and inspections.

• Open to all nationalities, with a preference for Arab and European candidates.
