We are looking for a highly driven and passionate Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a smooth, professional, and personalized experience throughout every stage of the real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific property needs.

• List properties for sale and rent, ensuring accurate and appealing representations across platforms.

• Conduct property viewings and highlight the key features and value propositions to clients.

• Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate trends, property valuations, and legal regulations.

• Guide clients through negotiations, offering strategic advice to ensure successful deals.

• Manage contracts, paperwork, and all documentation to ensure compliance with local laws.

• Promote properties through online portals, social media, and personal networks.

• Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through to deal closure.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai is an advantage (but not mandatory).

• Solid understanding of the Dubai property market, including key areas and pricing trends.

• Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added benefit.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• RERA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
