Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Acquisition & Support

• Identify, acquire, and assist clients in purchasing or renting luxury properties.
• Provide personalized consultation to meet client needs.

✅ Property Viewings & Negotiations

• Conduct property tours and showcase high-end real estate.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales and rental agreements.

✅ Networking & Market Analysis

• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors, and business partners.
• Stay updated on market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Your Profile:

✔ Experience in real estate or sales (1-4 years preferred).
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Goal-oriented with an independent working style.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
✔ Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
✔ Highly motivated and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
