Elegant Boulevard Properties is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent for their Dubai office. This hybrid role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert market analysis and exceptional customer service. The agent will conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, process contracts, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Negotiate deals and process contracts accurately and efficiently.

• Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and property trends.

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

• Stay informed on Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements & Skills:

• Valid Real Estate License required.

• Proven experience in Real Estate, Sales, and knowledge of property markets.

• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate laws and market trends is an advantage.
