Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through buying, selling, or leasing processes.

• Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure accurate listings and marketing.

• Conduct viewings and negotiations to secure successful transactions.

• Deliver exceptional client service and market expertise.

• Work closely with a dynamic, high-achieving sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in real estate, luxury retail, recruitment, automotive sales, or similar high-performance roles.

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, results-driven, and resilient with a can-do attitude.
