Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Generate leads through online marketing, networking, referrals, and other channels

• Build and maintain a strong client database

Property Marketing:

• List and market properties on top online portals and social media platforms

• Develop creative marketing strategies to maximize exposure

Property Viewings:

• Conduct professional property tours for potential buyers and tenants

• Highlight property features and value to prospects

Negotiation & Closing:

• Negotiate offers effectively between buyers and sellers/landlords

• Manage the closing process, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience

Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on Dubai’s property values, trends, and new developments

• Understand legal requirements and compliance in the real estate sector

Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support

Sales Performance:

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success in Dubai’s real estate market

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge: Strong grasp of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics

• Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are a plus

• Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory
