Champs Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to manage property transactions, documentation, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate administration and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Document Management: Maintain and organize real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.
✔ Transaction Coordination: Assist in property sales, purchases, and rentals.
✔ Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
✔ Property Management: Handle tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
✔ Market Research: Conduct research on property listings, pricing trends, and market conditions.
✔ Listing Management: Prepare and manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder & Bayut.
