The Real Estate Administrator at ASJ INTERNATIONAL REALTY LLC will work full-time on-site in Dubai, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management and lettings. The role involves coordinating customer service, managing documentation, assisting the property team, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key duties include preparing contracts and sales documents, maintaining CRM and client databases, and ensuring compliance with RERA procedures for resale and rent.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and handle property management duties

Coordinate customer service tasks and communicate with clients effectively

Manage documentation including contracts, MOUs, and sales-related paperwork

Assign leads following established processes and update CRM regularly

Maintain client databases, project schedules, and payment records

Ensure compliance with documentation and filing standards

Support smooth operations within the real estate office
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with proficiency in customer service

Experience in property management, lettings, and administrative tasks

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate administration or related field

Familiarity with RERA procedures for resale and rent

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred
