Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to support our real estate operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with brokers, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update property listings on platforms like Property Finder & Bayut.
  • Maintain the accuracy and quality of property advertisements.
  • Archive outdated listings and assist brokers in collecting property details.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts and sales agreements as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings for brokers.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with UAE laws and company policies.
  • Maintain records of contracts and update stakeholders on their status.
  • Verify client and property documents before processing transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and legal requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to the GM regarding ongoing deals and transactions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on listings, inquiries, and progress.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate administration in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
