🏗️ Role Overview

We are seeking a Site-Based Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of active building projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with main contractors in the UAE, confident communication skills, and a hands-on approach to financial and contractual documentation.

🔧 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage subcontract orders, valuations, and variations.

• Handle all aspects of commercial administration on site.

• Generate and maintain monthly CVRs, forecasts, and turnover/profit reports.

• Support budget preparation and financial documentation for audits.

• Analyze and report inconsistencies across the project lifecycle.

• Compile charts, tables, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Assist with documentation for both internal and external audits.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with main contractors in the UAE.

• Site-based background on building projects is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.

• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
