A Quantity Surveyor is needed for a maintenance and renovation projects in Dubai. This role involves cost estimation, budgeting, preparing tender and contract documents, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for maintenance and renovation projects as directed.

• Evaluate material and labor costs for efficiency, suggesting improvements.

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for facilities management projects.

• Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of quality materials and services at competitive prices.

• Monitor contracts and ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.

• Track project costs, analyze expenses, and provide regular financial reports on expenditures and forecasts.

• Conduct field visits to ensure maintenance and renovation works meet specified standards.

• Propose and implement improvement measures in operations.

• Report financial and operational risks in facilities management.

• Adhere to security policies and procedures and report incidents when encountered.

Required Criteria:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• At least 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of mathematics, physics, management, economics, and construction-related laws and regulations.

• Proficient in using cost management and quantity surveying software (e.g., BIM).

• A valid UAE driving license.
