✅ Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors and Draftsmen with a strong background in civil engineering and interior fit-out projects for a reputable construction company in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must have 5–10 years of UAE experience, excellent technical knowledge, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Only candidates from European or Filipino nationalities will be considered.

✅ Open Positions:

🔹 1 Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Fit-Out Focus)
🔹 1 Draftsman / Designer (Interior Fit-Out + 3D Renders)

✅ 1. Quantity Surveyor – Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Scopes of Work (SOW) for construction and interior fit-out projects

• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and other tools

• Analyze project drawings and specifications to ensure cost accuracy and compliance

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and procurement teams for cost estimation and variation claims

• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality standards

• Create cost reports and assist with value engineering proposals

• Manage post-contract activities including payment applications and final accounts

✅ 2. Draftsman / Designer – Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings and detailed layouts for architectural and MEP works in interior fit-out projects

• Create high-quality 3D renders and concept visuals for client approvals and presentations

• Translate project briefs into technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3DS Max

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility

• Deliver final technical drawings within project deadlines

• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai regulations and safety standards

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

📘 Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying (Interior Fit-Out sector preferred)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS software

• Strong knowledge of construction costing and project documentation

🖊️ Draftsman / Designer:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in drafting/shop drawings

• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, and rendering tools

• Ability to deliver both 2D shop drawings and 3D renderings

• Understanding of MEP integration in interior designs

✅ Required Skills for Both Roles:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• UAE project knowledge and market exposure is mandatory

• Strong time management and coordination abilities

• Must be able to present work samples/portfolio for evaluation
