You’ll lead post-contract cost management and financial oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standards of commercial excellence.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and deliver regular cost reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee procurement processes including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract awards.

• Administer FIDIC contracts, assess variations, resolve claims, and ensure contractual compliance.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and provide cost analysis related to construction methodology and resource requirements.

• Maintain detailed cost tracking, cash flow reporting, and document control for payments and claims.

• Handle change management, ensuring project variations are properly evaluated, documented, and communicated.

• Conduct risk analysis and recommend cost-effective strategies to avoid financial and schedule impacts.

• Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize project quality within budgetary constraints.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors and act as the financial point of contact.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is essential.

• Minimum 5 years of post-contract management experience, preferably within a consultancy environment.

• Experience in managing large-scale residential or infrastructure projects in the GCC is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in handling FIDIC-based contracts.

• Strong command of cost reporting tools and construction finance systems.

• MRICS chartership or equivalent is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
