Quantitative Trader – Cryptocurrency & Market Making | Full-Time | Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader with expertise in Project Market Making to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in cryptocurrency trading and the ability to develop, implement, and optimize high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies to enhance profitability. As a senior decision-maker, you will play a crucial role in shaping our trading strategies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using statistical and machine learning models.

• Implement and refine HFT and market-making strategies to maximize profitability.

• Analyze large datasets to identify trading inefficiencies, arbitrage opportunities, and market patterns.

• Monitor and adjust trading algorithms in real-time for optimal execution and risk management.

• Collaborate with developers to enhance algorithmic execution and infrastructure.

• Conduct rigorous backtesting and performance analysis to improve strategy efficiency.

• Manage trading risk, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal risk controls.

• Stay updated on market trends, financial instruments, and emerging trading technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in cryptocurrency trading and Project Market Making.

• Strong knowledge of HFT trading strategies and ability to develop innovative solutions.

• Experience in algorithmic trading, quantitative modeling, and risk management.

• Proficiency in Python, C++, or other programming languages for trading strategy development.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with backtesting, data analysis, and strategy optimization.

• Must be based in the UAE.
