General Motors Africa & Middle East is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QA team at the regional parts distribution centre. This role ensures that all warehouse operations and processes meet strict quality standards, fosters effective dealer and supplier communication, and drives continuous improvement across local, regional, and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a QA team of 6 staff, ensuring alignment with company priorities.

• Set and exceed quality targets, focusing on GMS compliance and BIQ scores.

• Liaise with suppliers, regional, and global teams to address quality concerns.

• Implement and monitor robust quality processes across all operations.

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse inspections and QA procedures.

• Manage dealer claims, investigate errors, and coordinate with finance for payments.

• Lead 5S workplace organization and optimize inspection processes.

• Support field staff and coordinate all dealer communications related to quality.

• Participate in regional and global quality initiatives and process alignment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in quality assurance processes, problem-solving, and operational process improvement.

• Knowledge of GMS and warehouse operations, with experience in process automation and waste reduction.
