Key Responsibilities:

✅ Food Safety & Quality Management – Implement and maintain ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP food safety systems.
✅ Audit & Compliance – Maintain documentation for regulatory bodies, audits, and customer requirements.
✅ Product Development Support – Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure high-quality standards in new products.
✅ Staff Training – Conduct food safety and hygiene training for all employees.

Job Requirements:

✔ Nationality: Open to Asian nationals.
✔ Age: 48 years old and below.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Business, or a related field.
✔ Experience: At least 2 years in food quality management within the bakery or food industry.
