Project Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the successful execution of quality standards across our project portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, with hands-on experience in quality assurance across industries such as construction, manufacturing, or technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks aligned with project goals and client expectations.

• Perform risk assessments to proactively identify potential quality issues and establish mitigation plans.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design and carry out thorough testing procedures, including both manual and automated methods, to validate deliverables.

• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks in line with industry regulations and internal policies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of quality activities, inspections, and corrective actions.

• Facilitate training and mentoring of project teams on quality management systems and tools.

• Stay current with advancements in quality engineering and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management; Master’s degree preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or project engineering.

• Experience in sectors such as construction, software development, or manufacturing.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives within project teams.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
