About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee laboratory operations, compliance, and quality assurance processes within our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries, with a deep understanding of GMP and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily QC operations, laboratory testing activities, and regulatory compliance.

• Implement and maintain quality control standards across all production processes.

• Oversee product stability testing, raw material verification, and in-process quality inspections.

• Lead investigations into quality issues, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Prepare for and manage external audits and regulatory inspections.

• Supervise and develop lab teams, ensuring high levels of performance and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

• 5–7 years of Quality Control experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and QA/QC systems.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing lab teams and external audits.

• Hands-on experience with raw material and finished product testing in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
