Avery Dennison is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator – Printing to join their Dubai site. The role ensures all printing processes and products meet global quality standards, improves supplier performance, and maintains customer satisfaction through rigorous inspection and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Global SOPs and report any discrepancies promptly.

• Monitor quality KPIs, including CCR and COPQ, across the site.

• Develop and implement quality improvement plans for outsourcing and supplier partners.

• Inspect materials, processes, and finished products to meet customer demands.

• Conduct periodic process checks to maintain required quality standards.

• Prepare, update, and implement quality management documents and procedures.

• Respond to customer complaints and propose corrective actions.

• Support process improvement projects to enhance critical process parameters.

• Resolve production flow issues or discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control.

• Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or other QMS systems preferred.

• Strong auditing, statistical, and technical skills.

• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in computer applications; strong oral and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
