Salt is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a 6-month initial contract (with possible extensions) in Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site opportunity ideal for candidates with extensive experience in software QA/testing and a strong ability to lead quality processes in fast-paced digital environments. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, leading QA initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software quality assurance and testing activities across multiple projects.

• Design test plans, allocate QA resources, and ensure complete traceability of testing outcomes.

• Manage defect tracking, issue resolution, and quality control throughout the development lifecycle.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them from project initiation through post-implementation.

• Collaborate on digital enhancements, system integrations, and data migration processes.

• Analyze market trends to shape transformation strategies.

• Oversee project management for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA/testing, especially in SaaS or cloud-based environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• ISTQB or similar QA certifications preferred.

• Proficiency in QA lifecycle tools and best practices.

• Experience coordinating QA efforts within cross-functional teams.
