Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, preferably within banking and financial services. The ideal candidate should have expertise in functional, regression, and automation testing, along with proficiency in test management tools and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

🛠 Software Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform functional, regression, and automation testing to ensure software reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.

📋 Test Management & Tools

• Utilize JIRA, Zephyr, and other test management tools.
• Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking.

⚡ Agile & Collaboration

• Work in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.

🔍 Application Testing Expertise

• Strong knowledge in testing the following applications:
  • Corporate Onboarding
  • BPM (Business Process Management)
  • T24 Core Banking System
  • API Testing & Digital Testing

👨‍🏫 Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead testing efforts for critical projects.
• Mentor junior testers and help improve testing methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

🎓 Technical Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, and API testing tools.
• Experience in banking & financial services testing is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

🌍 Location Preference: Candidates based in the UAE are preferred.
