Interim Behavior Network is seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) for a remote, contract-based role. This position is ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals who are passionate about providing short-term, impactful behavioral interventions for children with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and educating parents to ensure sustainable progress at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to guide the development of behavior intervention plans.

• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention strategies.

• Provide education and support to parents to implement ABA strategies effectively at home.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing data and observations.

Qualifications:

• QBA Certification (Required)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.

• Fluency in Arabic is required.

• Reside in Illinois or able to provide services in the state (if applicable).
