About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within our operations. Based in Dubai, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or the cosmetics/pharmaceutical industries, with hands-on experience in ISO standards, GMP practices, and EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with all Quality Assurance and HSE regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards.

• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and regular employee training sessions.

• Monitor and enhance workplace safety practices and investigate incidents, ensuring effective corrective actions are in place.

• Coordinate with government authorities regarding inspections, licenses, permits, and regulatory renewals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years’ experience in QA and HSE roles within manufacturing or cosmetics/pharmaceutical industries.

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (GMP), HACCP, and local EHS standards.

• Skilled in internal auditing, document control, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

• Candidates with experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical sectors will be given preference.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
