Role Overview

Ultimate HR Solutions is looking for a Quality Check (QC) Associate – CCAM to validate financial and non-financial reports used by banks for credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Quality Check of CCAM Reports – Reviewing Customized Credit Assessment Model (CCAM) reports covering financial & non-financial information on businesses.
✅ Due Diligence – Validating business activity, ownership, management details, import-export records, and financials.
✅ Credit Risk Assessment – Ensuring reports help banks make data-driven lending decisions.
✅ Business Model Analysis – Understanding UAE market trends, major industries, and business structures.

Required Experience & Skills

🛠 Experience:
🔹 1-2 years in banking, finance, or credit risk analysis
🔹 Basic knowledge of the UAE market & industries

📜 Technical Skills:
🔹 Strong financial analysis & credit assessment knowledge
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel
🔹 Good understanding of business models & risk evaluation

🤝 Soft Skills:
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Strong attention to detail for quality control
