🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-driven and passionate QA/QC Engineer to join our Dubai-based team. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality across our luxury residential and interior turnkey projects, ensuring meticulous adherence to design, material, and construction benchmarks.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quality control systems and inspection procedures.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with client specs, codes, and regulations.

• Review material submittals and workmanship against approved standards and samples.

• Generate NCRs (non-conformance reports), inspection logs, and quality reports.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.

• Provide training and mentorship on QA/QC practices across teams.

• Attend project meetings and report on QA/QC performance, risks, and improvements.

📚 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in luxury residential or interior fit-out projects.

• Proficient in ISO, ASTM, and other international quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site audits, and technical drawings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software.

• Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.
