• Source and evaluate qualified vendors and suppliers for marine-related goods and services.

• Obtain and compare competitive quotations; analyze costs, delivery timelines, and supplier terms.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company procurement policies.

• Raise and process purchase orders; ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.

• Track order status, manage vendor follow-ups, and ensure timely and complete deliveries.

• Address discrepancies or delays and coordinate with internal teams to meet operational needs.
