Our client, a renowned construction company, is seeking an experienced Purchasing & Procurement Engineer to manage material and equipment procurement for the Townsquare Project.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Source and procure construction materials and equipment as per project requirements.
📌 Negotiate pricing & contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize cost savings.
📌 Issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
📌 Monitor procurement costs, identify savings opportunities, and manage cost control.
📌 Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality compliance and contract adherence.
📌 Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Experience: 3-5 years in procurement within the construction/contracting industry.
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
✅ Skills: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost control expertise. ERP knowledge is a plus.
✅ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
