Dubizzle, the UAE’s largest used car classified platform, is hiring a Purchaser (Car Buyer) to price, negotiate, and acquire vehicles for resale. The role involves evaluating and pricing vehicles, negotiating with customers, and ensuring a competitive market presence through effective pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the UAE’s used car market, excellent negotiation skills, and experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

🚗 Vehicle Pricing & Acquisition: Assess, negotiate, and purchase vehicles for retail, managed service, and auction listings on Dubizzle Pro.
📈 Inventory & Sales Management: Ensure vehicles are competitively priced, maintain an optimal stock turnover (30 days), and achieve a 10% profit margin on retail sales.
📊 Market Analysis: Adjust pricing based on mileage, warranty, specifications, and vehicle condition to maximize profitability.
📞 Customer Interaction & Relationship Management: Handle outbound sales calls, engage with new and existing customers and branch partners to drive inventory growth.
💻 CRM & Data Entry: Use Salesforce CRM to log vehicle details, maintain customer databases, and streamline sales operations.
🤝 Customer Experience: Oversee the entire representation process, ensuring smooth transitions from evaluation to sale.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory)
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
✔ Strong knowledge of the UAE used car market, including GCC vehicle specifications
✔ Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
✔ Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
✔ High professionalism and presentability in customer interactions
