Purchase Officer – Aluminum & Façade Systems | Dubai, UAE
Job Description:
A leading global supplier of sustainable aluminum window, door, and façade systems in Dubai is hiring a Purchase Officer to manage procurement operations efficiently. This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring seamless import/export processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and supplies.

Maintain confidential and up-to-date purchase records.

Coordinate dispatch schedules, track delivery status, and ensure on-time shipments.

Handle insurance and customs clearance for imported goods.

Record and report on orders, supplier performance, and delivery timelines.

Work closely with project teams and customers to manage purchase orders and resolve claims related to defects, shortages, or missing parts.
Requirements:

Open to Asian & Arabic nationalities.

Age limit: 40 years and below.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar procurement role within the aluminum, façade, or construction materials industry.

Strong understanding of import/export regulations and experience dealing with multinational suppliers.

Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.

Must be based in the UAE.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to AED 13,000 per month, depending on experience.
