We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to handle the procurement of Japanese automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sourcing, inventory management, and pricing strategies, with prior experience dealing directly with suppliers and principals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate order quantities using ERP systems and ensure timely, accurate order placements with suppliers

• Coordinate with logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries

• Review and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing slow-moving inventory

• Ensure accurate pricing and profitability across all SKUs

• Monitor market prices and adjust pricing strategies as needed

• Work closely with the sales team to identify new product requirements and manage launch availability

• Maintain and update product catalogs, including EPC-based vehicle identification through VIN/chassis numbers

• Provide weekly reports to management and ensure smooth workflow adherence

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Inventory availability ratio and out-of-stock days

• Accuracy in pricing and profit margins

• Timely order placement and delivery

• Successful new product development and catalog updates

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Japanese automotive spare parts purchasing

• Background in OES parts procurement preferred

• Experience in ERP, cataloging systems, and supplier negotiations

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field; diploma in Automobile is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Proficient in vendor relationship management and market research

Salary:

AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (₹90,001 – ₹112,501)
Incentives: Attractive sales incentives in addition to salary
