Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Purchase Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support daily procurement operations, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing across projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor quotes, and procurement documentation.

  • Track deliveries and maintain accurate purchase records and databases.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering.

  • Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage purchase requisitions and approvals.

  • Maintain vendor records and assist in supplier evaluation and selection.

  • Generate procurement reports to support budgeting and cost optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

  • Assist in managing supplier contracts and follow up on contract terms.

  • Support ERP data entry and procurement file organization.


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • ERP system experience required.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.
