Nova Voya Technologies, a digital-first medical tourism platform based in Dubai, is seeking a Part-Time Public Relations (PR) Consultant. The role focuses on building brand visibility, managing media relations, and supporting the launch of the platform by creating a strong communications presence across regional and international channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR and media strategies to support product launch and brand recognition.

• Build and maintain relationships with regional media outlets, journalists, and online platforms.

• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to craft press releases, feature articles, and thought-leadership content.

• Ensure press releases gain coverage and amplification across relevant channels.

• Advise leadership on brand positioning and messaging to maximize visibility.

• Identify opportunities for media coverage, interviews, and industry events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in public relations, communications, or media relations, preferably in healthcare, tourism, or tech.

• Strong media network in the Middle East / MENA region is a plus.

• Excellent storytelling and writing skills (English required; Arabic is advantageous).

• Familiarity with digital PR strategies and online news platforms.

• Ability to drive media engagement for new product launches and brand building.
