FUJIFILM is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between FUJIFILM and various government organizations, ensuring compliance with immigration, labor laws, and trade license requirements. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Finance, and Administration teams to facilitate smooth operations across all government-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

📑 Visa & Immigration Processing – Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and work permits, including medical appointment coordination.
🏛️ Government Relations – Oversee interactions with government entities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
📋 Trade License & Legal Compliance – Support trade license renewals and ensure all legal documents are maintained.
🗂️ Documentation & Record-Keeping – Manage and secure employee-related legal documents within WorkDay.
🔒 Confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
🚗 Additional Responsibilities – Manage company assets, provide guidance on governmental procedures, and keep teams informed about the status of applications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a PRO in the UAE with knowledge of visa regulations and governmental procedures.

• Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with proficiency in English (Arabic is preferred).

• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license preferred.

• Language: Must be an Arabic speaker.
